hey guys, first post on here.

I'm wondering if anyone knows when any upcoming bmx dirtjump comps are in Melbourne/Victoria as i'm hoping to compete in Am grade soon Smile

if anyone could help it would be appreciated

i know that the BMX games will be held next year jan in melb. that has am and pro class entries. what kind of tricks are you doing? cause if thats you doing that double super seat and it was over a dirt jump, you could easily hold ur own in pro

hmm i thought there was beginning to be alot of doubt about it being in melbs if it was on at all?

and yeah well that is me but it's to foam not dirt... yet Wink but other tricks i'm hoping would go alright in am that i can do are backflip flatties, no hander catwalks, supercan indy's and bikeflips Smile

got any more info on how to get into the games?

and you can land all those? hell yeah man ul b in the running. basically just keep an eye on their myspace/facebook/twitter/wateva the hell they have and just wait till something comes up saying when and were it all is. signup is usually a day or 2 before and actually i think you can even sign up over the net. so yeah, just google BMX games aus or somethin like that and you shud find all the info you need.

I've heard that BMX games are a no go for 2010 due to some internal problems with cycleing Australia?

yeah i found that out too. aparently freestyle bmx pulled out and the main organiser dude gave it the flick cause everyone ragged the materials used and the course layout so much

it was more of a dissagreement between Dinny (FBMX) and cycleing Aus (the governing body) about how things should be run, the ramps were the least of their worries haha.

lol wasnt that way for the riders. that course sucked unfortunately. i know they tried to do a good job but mixing denium and some other material? Confused soo slipery.
