Minor updates and tweaks

Made a few minor tweaks to the site today -
- The navigation in your profile pages should now show you how many blog posts, photos, videos, and messages you have.
- When you get a private message you will now see a light blue bar appear at the top of your page telling you that you have received a message.
- Added a help video about using the shortcuts panel with favs, subscribing and messaging
- Fixed video buffering issue so the videos should tell you how much has downloaded now. Also added a watermark that matches the photos
- Removed the "Display only in my profile" option from bike checks (only necessary for photos and videos really)
- Removed the ability to change your profile name (so make sure you sign up with the correct name to start with) because changing your name just orphans anything you've already submitted.
- Rearranged the home page a little.

About me
Well what can I say, I'm the owner of this website which I started back around 1999 with my brother and his mates who were local riders at Browns Plains.
I haven't actually ridden a bike since about '97 but I practically lived on my bike up until that point and I like to stay involved however I can. Apart from running this site, I was also the treasurer for the BBSAI from it's inception in 2002 to my departure in September 2006 following funding approval to officially save Beenleigh Bike park from becoming a shopping center.
I'm currently a full time web designer, I loves me some music and some movies, I even have my very own Hi-def home theatre to keep me entertained when I'm not on the computer.
